MMA BootCamp

The goal of MMA BootCamp is to improve everyones fitness level. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Instructors Louis and Mike use a combination of Plyometrics, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Core Strengthening, Aerobic and Running based workouts to improve everyones fitness level. No workout is EXACTLY the same. We think outside the box and continually challenge everyone.

When looking to accomplish your goal, new methods are useful, but nothing replaces HARD WORK.

All fitness levels are welcomed at each session.
We guarantee you'll stay motivated and look forward to the next session.
Classes are available for a maximum of 16 people as we want to make sure everyone is performing each movement correctly.

What to bring:
- water bottle
- comfortable clothing
- a positive attitude

Don't talk about it, be about it!

The Director and Head Instructor of Westchester MMA and Fitness is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Steve Kardian, under 3rd degree Black Belt Phil Migliarise.  Receiving his Black Belt from Relson Gracie, Phil Migliarise follows the teaching method of Grand Master Helio Gracie.
